New pool safety laws have recently been introduced requiring all pool owners and landlords to ensure that some of the highest safety standards will be introduced over the shortest time line.

Pool Safety Certificates are required when selling, buying or rent/leasing a property with a pool.
The Federal Government has introduced a “Pool Safety Register” which lists all fully compliant residential or commercial swimming pools. Every pool owner is required to ensure their pool fence is constructed and maintained to the new standards, is listed on the register, and is fully compliant
Allan's pool inspectors will work with you, identify any areas that may need attention, suggest any remedies, if needed, then prepare a full report along with a regulation safety certificate for submission to the register.
