A written assessment offering a “snapshot” of the pool and its equipment is provided as building Inspections rarely tell a potential purchaser about issues with a swimming pool, which can result in extra expenses once contracts have been executed.
For strata title or landlords a full Pool Inspection and Written Report can be held on file by your Property Manager and quickly negate bond disputes with tenants, regarding any pool equipment.
For all commercial pool properties and full inspection will be carried out and prices quoted for written reports.
